Why we don’t offer free returns

We’re on a conscious mission

Our wish is that, together, we can make more conscious purchasing decisions. That's why we would love for you to see your purchases (not just with BRUNA, but everywhere) as precious pieces you intend to care for and keep for many years to come.

Why we don’t offer free returns

To contribute to environmental protection by reducing CO2 emissions, we have decided not to offer free returns. We are happy to take the time to help you find pieces you will love. If you have any questions about styles, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team.
We understand that not everything you purchase will be the right match and a return can be necessary. If you do wish to return something, you can find all the information and the right return address here. In case you are unsure or have any question do not hesitate to contact us at any time during the process.

General return policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The jewelry must be in new, unworn condition with the barcode still attached. We ask you to please use the original packaging for the return and to enclose the boxes and pouches undamaged.

Returns from Germany

1. Start

Register your return via our returns portal. To do this, you need your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation) and your email address. Enter these and confirm your entry by clicking on "Start."

2. Selection

Select the jewels you want to return and confirm your choice by clicking on the "Continue" button below. Please provide a reason for your return. This helps us to improve and offer you the best possible service.

3. Confirm your shipping method

Please confirm the shipping method and follow the link on the page. Unfortunately, we can not provide a return label.

4. Choose a shipping service provider in your region

You can choose the parcel service provider of your choice. Send your package with the selected partner to the following German address:

We recommend sending the package insured and with a tracking number to make sure your parcel is secured in case of damage or loss. It also allows you to track your parcel and know exactly when it arrives in our warehouse. We shall assume no liability for lost or damaged returns.

5. Recieve your refund

Once we receive the shipment, we aim to process it within seven working days and refund you to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation from us as soon as the amount has been refunded.

Returns from Austria

4. Choose a shipping service provider in your region

Returns from Switzerland

3. Confirm your shipping method

Please confirm the shipping method and follow the link on the page.

4. Extended returns registration

Please enter your order number (with #) and your email address here, and in the next step, select the jewelry you would like to return.

5. Receive your return label & ship your package

After you have downloaded and printed out your return label, you can stick it to the original box and hand it in at a Swiss Post branch. Unfortunately, we are unable to generate a QR code for labels. Once we receive the shipment, we aim to process it within seven working days and refund you to your original payment method. Please note that we automatically deduct the cost of the label from this amount.

Your return is insured and has a tracking link you can follow. You will receive confirmation from us as soon as your return has arrived and the amount has been refunded.

Please note: it is important that the customs costs are covered (otherwise, your return may be sent back, as unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for this). This usually requires a DDP shipment (delivered duty paid) for international returns.
