Orders received during Monday - Friday before 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time) are dispatched within the same business day and orders received after 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time) will be dispatched the following business day.

1-2 Day Express shipping between business days (Mo-Fr) only. Express orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Mondays.

All international orders* are shipped via DHL Express and may be subject to customs or import duties, which are not covered by Bruna the Label.

*Shipments outside the EU, including Switzerland

Returns

Simply return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless items are faulty.
