BRUNA is looking for a
Customer Service Manager
We're looking for an experienced customer support manager to oversee and execute our entire customer service including, email, social media, returns management etc.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Customer service via Helpscout
- Customer service via Facebook and Instagram (reply to comments + messages)
- Returns management
- Reviews management
- Shopify handling
Requirements:
- Proficient in german and english
- You are very accurate, customer-oriented and always provide an excellent service
- You think problem-solving and solution oriented
- You love dealing with people and you are very passionate about this job
- You always keep a friendly and helpful manner, no matter what
- You are very reliable, flexible, a fast learner and you take responsibility for the result
- 30h per week with the tendency to full time
- Start: Immediately
