Customer Service Manager

We're looking for an experienced customer support manager to oversee and execute our entire customer service including, email, social media, returns management etc.


Tasks/Responsibilities:
  • Customer service via Helpscout
  • Customer service via Facebook and Instagram (reply to comments + messages)
  • Returns management
  • Reviews management
  • Shopify handling

Requirements:
  • Proficient in german and english
  • You are very accurate, customer-oriented and always provide an excellent service
  • You think problem-solving and solution oriented
  • You love dealing with people and you are very passionate about this job
  • You always keep a friendly and helpful manner, no matter what
  • You are very reliable, flexible, a fast learner and you take responsibility for the result
  • 30h per week with the tendency to full time
  • Start: Immediately
