Kristin Connors: The Menton Necklace . It's all about spreading peace and joy now and for the next 100 years. Plus, it's my absolute favorite BRUNA piece—it brightens my day each time I wear it.

Q: You're leading a project that hopes to establish communication with life outside our planet. Which BRUNA jewelry piece would you pick to launch into a neighboring galaxy and why?

Lisa Kestel: I'd choose the Rosemary Ring or the Bordeaux Earrings from the new collection with the note "Come to Earth, there are pearls here!"

Kristin Connors: It would need to be a dance move that really shows off Team Sexy’s curves. But let's be honest, our hips are way too stiff for twerking.

Kristin Connors: The impact you can have on others is incredible! I think many people don’t realize just how wonderful and powerful the connection with our community can be. Our bond with the DUBSIS community brings us so much happiness, joy, and pride. We really grow closer and stronger with every episode, message, and meetup.

Q: What's the most embarrassing thing that's happened on an episode?

Lisa Kestel: The microphone being upside-down, not on, or not even connected—which is especially embarrassing because it's happened several times already.

Q: What's one current fashion trend that you wish would disappear forever?

Lisa Kestel: None! Fashion trends, like all gender role clichés, are a big focus of our podcast. We believe in having the courage to be ugly—and definitely also enjoy laughing at ourselves in retrospect. Kristin Connors: Low-rise jeans! For years we've been passing along that mistake to future generations. Whoever thought that reviving this trend would be a good idea? We don’t get it! But at the end of the day, you should wear what you love. If low-rise jeans make you feel great, then rock them with confidence!
