Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for BRUNA The Labels Ambassador Program, you ("Ambassador") agree to abide by these Conditions of participation ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have a minimum of 5,000 followers on either TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or/and a podcast.

Complete and submit the sign-up form.

3. Content Usage Rights

3.1. Grant of Rights: By participating in the Ambassador Program, you grant our company, BRUNA The Label ("Company"), full usage rights to any content (content is what is created and distributed to inform, entertain, or engage an audience, as agreed upon within the campaign, could include postings on Instagram, Podcast, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube ) you produce for campaigns within the program or when using the hashtag #finejewelrymaderesponsibly in your content. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, and written content.

3.2. License: You hereby grant BRUNA The Label a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

3.3. Attribution: While BRUNA The Label may choose to attribute your content to you, the Company is not obligated to do so. .

4. Program Participation

4.1. Sign-Up Process: : To join the Ambassador Program, fill out the form provided on the landing page. Upon approval, you will receive a welcome email with program details.

4.2. Voluntary Participation: : Participation in every challenge is entirely voluntary. You are not obligated to take part in any challenge you do not wish to.

5. Rewards Program

5.1. Challenges and Rewards: :Ambassadors can participate in bi-weekly challenges to earn rewards such as discounts and/or free products. Specific rewards and their requirements are detailed in the program materials.

5.2. Completion and Referral Bonuses: : Ambassadors can earn extra rewards for completing challenges early and for referring new ambassadors to the program.

6. Content and Conduct

6.1. Content rights: : All content shared as part of the program should reflect positively on BRUNA The Label and adhere to the community guidelines. BRUNA The Label reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or offensive and may terminate the Ambassador's participation in the program as a result.

6.2 Content Guidelines: :The Ambassador will follow the detailed campaign briefing provided by BRUNA to be eligible to receive the reward. The ambassador will refer to the BRUNA brand (@brunathelabel) and use the hashtags #brunathelabel and #finejewelrymaderesponsibly.

7. General Provisions

7.1. Modifications: :BRUNA The Label reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through official channels. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7.2. Term and Termination: : The Ambassador Programme runs for an indefinite period of time. Ambassadors have no right to participate in the Ambassador Programme for a predefined period of time. BRUNA The Label has the right to terminate the Ambassador Programme without prior notice and without giving reasons.BRUNA The Label reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador's participation in the program at its discretion if the Ambassador violates any terms or engages in conduct deemed harmful to BRUNA The Label or its community.

7.3. Limitation of Liability: :To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRUNA The Label will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your participation in the Ambassador Program; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

7.4. Governing Law and Place of Jurisdiction: : These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. An amicable solution (through an ombudsman system) shall be considered before any judicial remedies. In the event where this solution would fail, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from and in connection with this Ambassador Programme is the competent court in Vienna.

7.5. Entire Agreement: :These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BRUNA The Label regarding the Ambassador Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

7.6. The Content must comply with applicable law: :The Ambassador is particularly obliged to mark the Content and any other advertising for BRUNA in compliance with any legal requirements. The Ambassador further undertakes not to use any third party protected content in the Content and assures that she/ he is entitled to use the Content in accordance with the contract and that no third-party rights are violated by the Content or the execution of the Rights of Use.
