Every order is shipped as an insured package straight from our warehouse in Austria to ensure it arrives in the best condition. We currently ship to almost every country in the world, but regret that we cannot ship to China, India, or Russia at this time.

If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 11:30 a.m. CET, we’ll dispatch it the very same business day, whereas if you place an order after 11:30 a.m. CET, it will be sent out the following business day. Unfortunately, unexpected delays can always occur on the part of our delivery partners and BRUNA does not take responsibility for longer delivery times.

Once an order has been placed on our website, we are usually unable to cancel it or make changes. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at help@brunathelabel.com. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped, but unfortunately can't guarantee this will be possible in all cases.
