We offer 30-day returns for all customers worldwide. Returned jewelry must be in new, unworn condition with the barcode still attached. In order to reduce our carbon emissions and support responsible consumption, we have decided not to offer free returns.
We cover the customs charges and taxes for orders shipped to the European Union as well as Switzerland, UK, USA, South Korea, South Africa, Canada and Australia.
