All our orders are packed with love and care in Austria and are dispatched from Monday to Friday within the same business day if you order before 12.00 a.m. (Central European Time). Orders received after 12.00 a.m. (Central European Time) will be dispatched the following business day. Delivery time to Austria is approximately 1 to 3 working days and Germany 2 to 5 working days. European orders take about 5 to 7 working days to arrive. All international orders (2 to 5 working days) as well as orders to Switzerland (2 to 3 working days) will be delivered by DHL Express. During sale events or launches of our new collections there might be a slightly longer processing time.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost and therefore you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

Oh dear! Please contact our customer service immediately. If you are lucky and your order hasn’t been shipped yet we can change your shipping labels. However, if it’s too late you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to redirect your parcel.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number which is included in your shipment confirmation email.
As much as we would love to, it is unfortunately logistically not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed through checkout. Sorry babe!
Yes! We do! All our express orders are sent with DHL Express! All International orders (outside of Europe) as well as orders to Switzerland are shipped via DHL Express as a standard.
No drama llama. We got you! In case your favourite piece of BRUNA is sold out, just sign up for the waiting list with your email address and we will inform you as soon as the item is available again.
In case you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt of product. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns if they have been returned on time and in accordance with our return policies.

Please note that return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless items are faulty. If the value of the goods drops below the free shipping amount, due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€4 AT / €5 DE / €15 CH / €10 Rest of EU / €25 International) will be deducted from the refund.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received and with the hygiene tag (applicable for certain products) intact. BRUNA will not accept returns of any items worn or which have had their security tags removed. If your original shipping packaging is no longer available, please use a stable postal box and fill in the gaps well.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items safely to us. Please make sure that your package is insured and the original order confirmation attached. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
All returns will be processed within 2 weeks. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used when making the purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded (for shipments outside the EU). We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original order for a refund and place a new order. Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (European and International deliveries).

Remember that your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on when you dress up and the first thing you take off when you come home. Contact with lotions, cosmetics or perfumes is generally not good for jewellery items, as the chemicals can speed up the tarnishing process (never spray perfume directly onto your jewellery!). Take off your jewellery while working out, cleaning, gardening, showering, bathing or swimming in chlorinated or salt water.
Store your jewels in a moisture-free, cool dry place. Humidity, sunlight and heat can cause oxidation, so ideally you should keep your loved items in our jewellery box or soft pouch. And always store them separately to avoid scratches.
We recommend one of the following:
You can either use a mild soap and scrub lightly with a soft toothbrush and warm water. Rinse with water and air dry on a tissue afterwards. Or you can clean your jewellery with a cleaning cloth to remove dirt and premature tarnishing. Please keep in mind that there are different cloths for different kinds of metals. Gently polish your items but never over polish them as you may remove the plating.
