STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For distance selling contracts, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your contract, simply use our withdrawal portal: Declare withdrawal.
VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. The following conditions apply exclusively to this voluntary return policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Items should, where possible, be in a resalable condition.
- Please return items, where possible, with the BRUNA tag attached and in their original packaging (including pouches, boxes, and all cards).
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping your return
BRUNA does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or statutory claims apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number until your return has been confirmed.

Register your return
RETURNS FROM GERMANY
1. Start
Register your return via our returns portal. You’ll need your order number (from your order confirmation) and your email address. Enter these and confirm by clicking “Start.
2. Selection
Choose the jewels you want to return and confirm your choice by clicking “Continue.” Please also provide a reason for your return – this helps us to improve our service.
3. Return label
When announcing your return in our system, you’ll be offered a paid return label for 7 €. You’ll be redirected to a short form to create your label. After completing it, you can simply download and print your label.
4. Send your parcel
Attach the label securely to your parcel and drop it off with the indicated shipping service provider. The package will be sent directly to our warehouse in Austria. This is the fastest and most secure way to return your order. You have seven days after label creation to drop off your parcel at any DHL location.
5. Receive your refund
Once your return arrives, we aim to process it within 14 working days and refund the amount to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.

We recommend sending the package insured and with a tracking number to make sure your parcel is secured in case of damage or loss. It also allows you to track your parcel and know exactly when it arrives in our warehouse. We shall assume no liability for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive the shipment, we aim to process it within 14 working days and refund you to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation from us as soon as the amount has been refunded.

5. Receive your return label & ship your package
After you have downloaded and printed out your return label, you can attach it to the original box and hand it in at a Swiss Post branch. Unfortunately, we are unable to generate a QR code for labels. Once we receive the shipment, we aim to process it within 14 working days and refund you to your original payment method. Please note that we automatically deduct the cost of the label from this amount.

Please note: it is important that the customs costs are covered (otherwise, your return may be sent back, as unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for this). This usually requires a DDP shipment (delivered duty paid) for international returns.
