BRUNA World is our exclusive loyalty program. You’ll earn points every time you shop or complete certain actions such as following us on social media. As your points add up, you’ll unlock exciting perks and rewards.

Simply create an account here by entering your name and email address, and choosing a password. Already have an account with us? You’re automatically enrolled in BRUNA World—just sign in and start earning.

You'll earn points with every purchase you make on our online store. You can also collect points for following us on Instagram or Facebook, signing up for our newsletter, leaving a review, and telling us your birthday.

Head to the BRUNA World page and log in to view your points balance. You can begin redeeming once you’ve collected at least 200 points, and you can redeem up to 1000 points at a time. Note: Points can only be redeemed on brunathelabel.com.

Nope—you’re all set. If you had an active account when BRUNA World launched, you were automatically enrolled and granted the 50 points that all new members receive.

Simply log into your account and visit either the BRUNA World page or your Account page to see your current points.

Points only apply to purchases made after the launch of BRUNA World. Going forward, make sure you’re logged into your account when placing an order to earn points.

Points will appear in your account as soon as you place an order or complete a qualifying action.

The number of points you earn with your purchase depends on your rewards level: Pearl: You'll earn 1 point per €1 spent Gold: You'll earn 1.5 points per €1 spent Diamond: You'll earn 2 points per €1 spent

Here are some examples of what your earned points can be redeemed for on our site: 200 points = €10 off 300 points = €15 off 400 points = €20 off

Referring a friend is easy! Log into your account, go to the BRUNA World page, and find the “Refer a Friend” section. Fill in your friend’s details and submit the form. We'll send your friend an email with a unique code. Once they place an order, you’ll receive points as a thank-you.

If you earn points on a purchase and later decide to return one or more items from that order, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance. For example, if you earn 300 points on a €300 order and decide to return €100 worth, the number of points you earn will be adjusted to 200 after the return is processed. Your BRUNA World rewards level will be determined by the amount spent after returns—if you moved into a higher rewards level with your most recent purchase but decide to return that order, your status will revert to your previous rewards level until you make your next qualifying purchase.

Yes, you can. Please note that any points earned from purchases will be converted based on your local currency on our site.

Your BRUNA World rewards level is based on how much you spend on our online shop in a calendar year. When you create an account, you'll start at Pearl level and will already be eligible for exclusive benefits. To reach Gold level, you'll need to spend €300 and place two orders. To reach Diamond level, you'll need to spend €1,000 and place two orders. Once you reach a new rewards level, you’ll enjoy those benefits through the end of the current calendar year and the following calendar year. You’ll also keep all perks from previous levels.

Happy Birthday! To receive your birthday reward on your special day, make sure your birthday is registered at least 30 days in advance. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay only applies during the year that you signed up. All future birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
