Submitting Your Grievances and Whistleblowing Reports

Submitting Your Grievances and Whistleblowing Reports

Ever since the brand was established, our vision at BRUNA has been to create jewelry with a positive impact on our ecosystems. To have a positive impact on ecosystems means to create value for our stakeholders, including the team, our customers, our business partners, as well as the natural environment, and future generations. Our commitments are set out in our policies, including our Human Rights Policy, our Responsible Supply Chains Policy, and our Code of Conduct for Business Partners.

We recognize that the journey towards our Environmental, Social, and Governance objectives is, indeed, a journey, not a sprint. If you would like to send us any questions, recommendations, or concerns related to our Environmental, Social, and Governance responsibilities, please email esg@brunathelabel.com.

As a member of the jewelry industry, we also recognize that risks of significant adverse impacts exist, and may be associated, in particular, with extracting, trading, handling, and exporting minerals and metals. We take our role and influence in the supply chain very seriously, and we have developed a due diligence system for the identification, assessment, and management of potential risks, in line with the recommendations of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.

Should you become aware of any significant risk or adverse impact which we may cause or contribute to, or which may be linked to our operations, products, or services through our business relationships, we encourage you to reach out at esg@brunathelabel.com.

If you prefer to submit your potential grievances or whistleblowing report anonymously, please fill out the form below. The information you provide will be sent to our Environmental, Social & Governance Responsibility Department on a confidential and anonymous basis.

For the avoidance of doubt, please use the form below to submit your grievance or whistleblowing report, if related to the following areas: working conditions and labor rights; human rights, including Annex II (1*) risks; discrimination, bullying, and harassment; corruption and other illegal, immoral, illicit, unsafe or fraudulent activities. For any other inquiries, please visit our contacts page.

Each report of misconduct on the part of BRUNA, a team member, or a third party with which BRUNA is in contact will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions taken, in line with our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Managing Grievances and Whistleblowing Reports. You have our guarantee that your comments, concerns, and grievances will be heard.
