What are your return conditions?

We understand that not every piece can be the perfect match. So of course you're able to return your order to us within 30 days of receipt. We accept any returns that come back in the condition they were sent out, new and unworn and with the barcode still attached. You can find all our return information here.

We use carefully selected materials in our jewelry that are made and stoned by experienced goldsmiths. Although we have high standards, if there's a construction error, we're here for you as part of our 1-year guarantee and will replace your jewelry piece free of charge, so you can wear it again at its best quality. How can I find the right ring size?

We've created a measuring band that you can print out and easily find the right ring size. If you don't have a printer available to you, there are other methods you can use to find the right ring size.
