Team satisfaction, development, and well-being

At BRUNA, our young, women-led team is our greatest resource. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the passion, creativity, and talent of our team members. We aim to inspire and empower all team members to achieve their full potential. This includes maintaining team satisfaction through the creation of a positive work environment; promoting professional development through meaningful training, regular feedback, and career advancement opportunities; and fostering our team’s well-being through initiatives that support both mental and physical health.

As a young company navigating the complexities of remote work and a rapidly evolving work environment, we are continuously challenged to rethink and improve the way we attract and retain our talents. To support mental and physical health, we recently launched a team-wide step challenge and look forward to motivating each other to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Travel restrictions permitting, our company meets yearly for a fun and inspiring team event. The last team meetup was held in Vienna on the occasion of our 3rd anniversary. Here’s a sneak peek of our amazing team!

We believe that a piece of jewelry can never be a symbol of love or a precious heirloom if its creation comes at the expense of the people who contribute to its production at any point in the value chain.

We take seriously our corporate responsibility to respect human rights in all aspects of our business and we expect the same from our business partners. To this end, we’ve built due diligence systems to identify, assess, and—when necessary—manage potential risks associated with the sourcing and production of our jewelry.
