Our young, women-led BRUNA team is our greatest resource. We would not have achieved what we have today, if it was not for the passion, creativity, and talent that each of us brings, every day.
It is our priority to inspire and empower all team members to achieve their full potential. This includes maintaining employee satisfaction through the creation of a positive work environment: promoting professional development through meaningful training, regular feedback, and career advancement opportunities, and fostering our team’s well-being through initiatives that support both mental and physical health.
To support mental and physical health, we recently launched a team-wide step challenge. We look forward to motivating each other to maintain a healthy lifestyle!

At BRUNA, we firmly believe that a jewel could never become a symbol of love or an heirloom piece if its creation came at the expense of the dignity of the people who contribute to it at any point in the value chain.
We take our corporate responsibility to respecting human rights seriously in all aspects of our business, and we expect the same of our business partners. To this end, we have built due diligence systems to identify, assess, and, where necessary, manage potential risks associated with the sourcing and production of our jewels.
